Security Deposit, Cleaning Fee, and balance of total reservation must be paid at least two weeks prior to check-in.
Cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 2 and 4 weeks prior to check-in, deposit will be forfeited. Only security deposit and cleaning fee refunded within two weeks of check-in date. Failure to pay balance of total reservation, security deposit, and cleaning fee at least two weeks prior to check-in will result in an automatic cancellation of reservation, and deposit will be forfeited.
